I am not kidding.  Imagine your have retail establishment and as part of employment you require your employees to speak English on the job.  That way if a customer asks for a dress or shoe your employee can help them.  Well, THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW!

I am not kidding.  The EEOC is now legally pursuing and harassing companies that have this as a job requirement.

On the other hand, I know for a fact not speaking Spanish is a reason not to hire you in a restaurant in Las Vegas,  as you cannot communicate with the other workers.
